The Office of Administration and Finance is responsible for budgetary planning and administration at Indiana University South Bend. The office is led by the Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance who is the campus Chief Financial Officer, the South Bend Chart of Accounts Manager, and a member of the Campus Cabinet.

The division is comprised of departments that provide a variety of support services including Accounting Services, Bursar's Office, Campus Police, Copy Center, Dining Services, Facilities, Fiscal Affairs, the Hammes Bookstore, Parking, and Protect IU. The Administration and Finance division strives to provide effective and efficient services and solutions to support and advance the needs of the campus, including students, employees, and visitors alike, to deliver upon its academic mission.
