The Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance oversees the annual general fund and non-general fund operating budgets and monitors compliance with Indiana University financial administration policies, implementation of business processes and procedures, university-wide initiatives, financial reporting, and provides fiscal support to the campus executive administration. The Vice Chancellor also oversees administrative direction over planning for capital construction, repairs, and renovations, administration of real estate transactions including residential and commercial leases, operation and maintenance of facilities, grounds, and other aspects of the campus infrastructure.
