Your financial aid (excluding work-study earnings) will be disbursed to your Bursar Student Account in accordance with federal regulations. All current costs such as tuition and fees will be paid first. You will be refunded any financial aid money that remains after your bill is paid. If your aid does not disburse to the Bursar Student Account, you are still responsible for the outstanding fees due. Non educational fees such as parking and bookstore charges must have a Title IV authorization completed in order for it to be paid by your financial aid.
If you are eligible for financial aid but do not plan to complete the semester, you must withdraw from your semester classes. Otherwise, your fees will be paid by your financial aid, your enrollment will be validated, and you will receive failing grades in all registered classes. Financial aid recipients who reduce their enrollment may be required to repay their financial aid. Contact Financial Aid & Scholarship Office before adjusting your class schedule.
You will be financially responsible for the classes in which you registered unless you withdraw during the 100% refund period
