2024 Chancellor's Medal
Megan Baughman, B.S. ’92, comes from a long line of Indiana University supporters, with more than 20 graduates over four generations. She has been the CEO of Ethos Innovation Center in Elkhart since 2021, overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the organization. Her dedication to the local community includes philanthropy and fundraising work for a variety of organizations, including the Women’s Care Center, Premier Arts and the Community Foundation of Elkhart County. She has also been involved in civic ventures, serving on the Elkhart City Council. Faith, family and community are core values she holds dear.
2024 Distinguished Alumni Award
Randall E. Foster, B.S. ’81, has contributed his visionary leadership to this community for more than 35 years. A member of the local financial services industry, he was the president of Key Bank’s northern Indiana district from 2008-17. His history of contributing to the local community includes serving on the IU Alumni Association South Bend Region board, membership in the Elkhart Rotary Club and Elkhart Chamber of Commerce, participation in initiatives to support the Elkhart Community Schools, serving as a mentor, and he’s involved in various civic and community groups.
