The maintenance team operates day shift Monday – Friday, 7:00 – 3:30. The team also has a technician on call to cover any emergencies that might occur during non-office hours. The maintenance team can assist you with things such as
- Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Temperature control
- Electrical issues
- Plumbing issues
- Appliance repair
- Structural concerns/Cracked walls
- Painting and carpentry
- Leaks
- Problems with doors and locks
- Minor furniture repair
Day-to-day activities of the team are directed by the work order process. Entering a work request as soon as a problem is discovered will help expedite the evaluation and repair process.
