Request a Formal Hearing
Accused students who wish to dispute responsibility for charges brought by the conduct professional or the severity of the sanction assigned by the conduct professional following the informal conference may choose to have their case resolved in a formal hearing. A request for a formal hearing must be made in writing to the Office of Student Conduct within seven calendar days of receipt of the decision letter of the informal conference.
