H. Theodore and Annette H. Noell Scholarship
This scholarship provides financial help to full-time IU South Bend students who are members in good standing of either the 4-H organization, or the orders of DeMolay, Job's Daughters, or the Rainbow Girls. This award is based on academic merit; recipients must have a minimum 2.8/4.0 cumulative GPA. Financial need is not required. Recipients may apply for renewal if all criteria are met. A maximum of four awards are made each year, the minimum value of each scholarship is $500.
Students must
- Be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at IU South Bend;
- Have a minimum 2.8/4.0 cumulative grade point average; and
- Provide appropriate documentation of membership in one of the organizations listed above.
Award
The value and number of awards may vary according to eligibility of funds. However, a maximum of four awards are given each year, and the minimum value of each scholarship is $500.
Renewal
The scholarship is renewable for up to four years. For renewal, applicants must remain to be enrolled full-time and maintain a 2.8+ GPA. Applicants must submit a new application each year to be considered for renewal.
Submission
Apply via the Online Scholarship Application from the Scholarship tile in One.IU. After completing your general application, search for the Noell Scholarship and submit the additional application.
