Employer Engagement
The Career Services Office partnership with employers is invaluable to delivering our mission of career development for our students and alumni. Employer engagement with students opens pathways to social capital otherwise unavailable to our students and alumni. IUSBCareers is the hub for IU South Bend students seeking opportunities. CSO introduces our students to a wide variety of jobs and internships available throughout Indiana, the nation, and the world.

The Career Services Office experienced a more than 2,000% increase in position postings beginning July 1, 2020 as a result of adopting Handshake, a customer relationship management platform specifically designed for Career Services Offices.
