This course teaches individuals how to inspect a residential property and provide a professional inspection report to Real Estate agents and Mortgage professionals. The course covers Structure, Exteriors, Roofing, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Insulation/Ventilation systems, Report Writing, and Business Development/Marketing.
Average inspections pay between $300 - $500 and take about 2-3 hours based on age and square footage of the property. You do not have to be an expert in construction!!
